Refund & Cancellation Policy
Alpha 1 Labs maintains a no-refund policy on dispensed medications. Blood panel cancellations require 30 days' written notice; subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
In accordance with applicable state pharmacy board statutes, prescription medications cannot be returned, re-dispensed, or refunded once they have been dispatched from the pharmacy. All prescription medication sales are final. This policy applies to all compounded medications, GLP-1 therapies, and hormone replacement preparations dispensed through our partner pharmacies.
Medications are compounded and dispensed pursuant to a patient-specific prescription issued after an individualized clinical evaluation by a prescriber. Once a prescription has been filled and shipped, no refund, return, or exchange is available.
2. Medical Ineligibility Refunds
If a prescriber evaluates your intake and determines that you are medically ineligible for treatment before a prescription is issued and medication is compounded, the fee for the prescription medication portion will be refunded in full. Telehealth consultation or evaluation fees, where separately charged, are non-refundable once the clinical evaluation has been completed.
Submitting an intake does not guarantee that a provider will determine treatment is appropriate for you. Prescribers reserve full independent discretion to deny treatment if a protocol is deemed clinically unsafe or contraindicated.
3. Medication Returns
No medication returns accepted. Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients and cannot be returned, restocked, or re-dispensed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect dosage preference, shipping delays after dispatch, or product preference changes. Do not return medications to Alpha 1 Labs or any clinic location.
4. Blood Panel Cancellations
30-Day Notice Requirement: Cancellation of any blood panel collection appointment or recurring blood panel subscription requires 30 days' written notice prior to the next scheduled collection date, to allow coordination of collection kit logistics.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@alpha1wellness.net. Requests received less than 30 days before the next scheduled collection will apply to the subsequent collection date.
Blood panel kits that have already been shipped or specimens that have already been collected and submitted to the laboratory are non-refundable, as laboratory processing costs are incurred at the time of collection.
5. Service & Subscription Cancellations
Recurring service subscriptions, membership programs, or ongoing treatment protocol enrollments may be cancelled at any time and become effective at the end of the current billing cycle, with no additional billing cycle charged after the cancellation request is received. Notice must be provided via email to info@alpha1wellness.net.
Fees for services already rendered or products already dispensed prior to the effective cancellation date are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If a medication arrives damaged, compromised, or differs from the prescribed order, you must notify Alpha 1 Labs within 48 hours of delivery at info@alpha1wellness.net or 952-333-7836. Replacement or correction will be coordinated through the partner pharmacy in accordance with their quality procedures. Do not use any medication that appears damaged or compromised.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911. Suspected adverse reactions should be reported to your provider and to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
