Jurisdictional Availability
Alpha 1 Labs coordinates telehealth clinical services and compounding pharmacy fulfillment subject to applicable state telehealth and pharmacy regulations and the licensure of our partner providers and pharmacies in each jurisdiction.

Service Availability
Telehealth clinical evaluations are conducted by prescribers through our partner OutfitMD (www.outfitmd.com). Prescribing providers hold active professional licenses in the states where they evaluate patients and follow each state's telehealth and prescribing requirements.
Compounded medications are prepared and dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partners pursuant to a patient-specific prescription and shipped directly to the patient. Availability of compounded medication fulfillment in a given state depends on the partner pharmacy holding any required nonresident pharmacy permit or other authorization for that state, in addition to applicable state pharmacy regulations governing compounded preparations. Blood collection kits are provided through SiPhox Health, with specimens processed by CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory partners.
States Served
Telehealth clinical evaluations are intended to be available to patients in each of the 50 U.S. states listed below, subject to provider licensure in the patient's state and the fulfillment and shipping capabilities of our partner pharmacies in that state. Availability of specific products or services in any state is not guaranteed and may be limited by state-specific restrictions.
Telehealth services are provided subject to applicable federal and state telehealth requirements, including the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act and applicable state medical and nursing board regulations governing the establishment of a valid prescriber-patient relationship. Prescribing providers evaluate each patient in accordance with the telehealth requirements of the patient's state of residence.
Where applicable, providers may participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, which expedites issuance of state licenses to eligible physicians permitting practice across participating states. All prescriptions are issued only after a clinical evaluation establishes that treatment is appropriate for the patient.
Minnesota-Specific Compliance
Alpha 1 Labs, LLC is a Minnesota-based entity (15115 Dove Trail, Apple Valley, MN 55124). Services provided to patients located in Minnesota comply with Minnesota Statute § 147.033 (Practice of Telehealth) and Minnesota Board of Medical Practice statutes. Prescribers evaluating Minnesota residents hold active Minnesota professional licenses, or licenses issued through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact where applicable.
Availability Limitations
- Availability of specific compounded formulations may vary based on partner pharmacy capabilities and applicable state pharmacy regulations, including any required nonresident pharmacy permits.
- A prescriber reserves full independent discretion to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate for any patient, regardless of state of residence.
- Submitting an intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
- Certain products or services may be unavailable in specific jurisdictions due to state-specific restrictions on compounded medications or telehealth practice.
