Alpha 1 Wellness, LLC is a veteran-owned telehealth coordination platform. We are not a pharmacy, medical practice, or laboratory. We connect patients with independently licensed providers through OutfitMD, coordinate blood collection through SiPhox Health, and facilitate fulfillment through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies.
Who Owns Alpha 1 Wellness
www.alpha1wellness.net is owned and operated by Alpha 1 Health Corp (d/b/a Alpha 1 Wellness), a Minnesota corporation. The company is founded and led by U.S. Armed Forces veterans.
Who Provides Medical Care
Clinical evaluation and prescribing are performed by independently licensed physicians and advanced practice clinicians through OutfitMD, licensed in the state where the patient is located. Alpha 1 Wellness does not employ prescribers and does not influence clinical decisions.
How Fulfillment Works
Prescriptions are compounded and dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies pursuant to a patient-specific prescription and shipped directly to the patient. Alpha 1 Wellness does not stock or dispense medication.
How Testing Works
Blood collection is coordinated through SiPhox Health at Alpha 1 Wellness partner locations and processed by CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory partners. Alpha 1 Wellness does not perform laboratory testing and does not interpret results.
Geographic Availability
Service availability varies by state and depends on provider licensure and partner pharmacy fulfillment in each jurisdiction. We do not guarantee availability in all 50 states. See State Availability for details.
